Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 2/3 c. Minute rice
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. water
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In small saucepan bring 2 cups water to boil.
    Stir in rice. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, using a 10-inch skillet, cook eggs in margarine.
    Add chopped onion and the rice until mixture is lightly browned.
    Mix 2/3 cup water with 5 or 6 tablespoons soy sauce and stir into rice.
    Heat until water is absorbed.
    Makes 8 servings.
