German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. bacon
    1 jar plain dill pickles (Heinz hamburger slices)
    2 medium onions
    4 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until soft but firm.
    Cut bacon into small pieces; fry until well done.
    Drain and dispose of fat.
    Chop pickles and set aside.
    Chop medium onions into small pieces. Boil, peel and chop hard-boiled eggs.
    Mix all ingredients together plus salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix with Hellmann's real mayonnaise to taste.
    Serve warm.
