Chicken-Melon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut up, cooked chicken
    2 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chutney
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 large cantaloupes, cut in wedges
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine chicken, grapes and celery.
    Mix mayonnaise, milk, chutney, curry powder and salt until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
    Toss until well blended.
    Place cantaloupe wedges on pieces of lettuce.
    Spoon chicken salad on top of wedges.
