Luau Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    water chestnuts (canned)
    chicken livers
    bacon
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut 10 water chestnuts in half and quarter five chicken livers.
    Wrap a piece of each in a half slice of bacon.
    Fasten with wooden pick.
    Chill in mixture of soy sauce and brown sugar about four hours.
    Spoon marinade over occasionally.
    Drain. Broil 3 inches from heat until bacon is crisp, turning once. Makes 20 appetizers.
