Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. coconut
    1 stick margarine, cut
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
