Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 green peppers, cut in thin strips
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. shortening
4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips; set aside.
In big bowl, combine soy sauce and bouillon cube, dissolved in small amount hot water, ginger and garlic powder.
