Peanut Butter Crunch Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 c. Kix cereal
    1/2 c. peanuts, if desired
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0, heat peanut butter, dry milk and butter in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. in oven until butter is melted.
    Stir until blended.
    Stir in cereal and peanuts until coated.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Spread on paper towels, waxed paper or aluminum foil to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 6 1/2 cups.
