Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes
Ranch dressing
any grated cheese

Preparation

Wash and dry potatoes. Do not peel. Cut potatoes in large pieces and deep fry. Drain on paper towel.
Place in casserole dish. Cover with Ranch dressing. Sprinkle cheese over top and place under broiler until cheese melts.
