Franks And Chili Manicotti Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 manicotti shells
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    10 frankfurters
    2 (15 oz.) cans chili and beans
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes and jalapenos
Preparation
    Cook manicotti in boiling, salted water as per directions on package; set aside.
    Shred 2/3 of cheese and set aside.
    Cut remaining cheese into 4-inch strips.
    Slit franks lengthwise and insert strip of cheese in each.
    Place stuffed frank inside each cooked manicotti.
    Combine beans, tomatoes and peppers.
    Spoon 2 cups of mixture in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with remainder of mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6.
