Quick Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients; cook raisins and water together in a right high pan.
Add margarine and soda to hot mixture until margarine melts.
Take off stove.
Add dry ingredients to pan, stirring, then add beaten egg.
Mix until well blended.
Spread in greased large cookie sheet 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
While still warm, spread with butter and powdered sugar.
