Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 caramels
    5 Tbsp. cream
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and cream in pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Put half
    of the crumb mix in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chips over mix.
    Let melt. Cool.
    Put caramel mix over.
    Put remaining crumb mix over caramel mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bars.
