Honey Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

In mixing bowl cream eggs, oil, sugar and honey together.
In separate bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Combine the two mixtures.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Spoon into large baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
