Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bottom round or rump roast (4 to 5 lb.)
    2 large red onions, sliced thin
    2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt bouillon cube in boiling water.
    Mix all wet ingredients together.
    Put roast in large pot and cover with onions.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce mixture over and cover with lid.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
    When done, pull apart with long fork.
