Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. sausage links, sliced
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Boil potatoes until almost tender.
Saute sausage and onion in margarine.
Drain potatoes and combine with sausage and onion. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
