Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    2 eggs
    2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs slightly with whisk.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 45 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately.
