German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk (large can)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell, fluted
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt
    chocolate with margarine over low heat; stir until blended.
    Remove from heat and add milk.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt;
    beat
    in
    vanilla and eggs.
    Blend in chocolate mixture.
    Pour into pie
    shell.
    Mix coconut and pecans and sprinkle over filling.
    Bake at
    375\u00b0
    for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool 4 hours.
    If topping browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil during last 15 minutes.
