Hoisin-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 chicken thighs or 3 to 4 split boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
3 Tbsp. mango chutney or apricot preserves
2 tsp. rice or cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Preheat broiler for 5 minutes.
Mix garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, chutney, vinegar, pepper and oil.
Remove skin from thighs or breasts.
If using chicken breasts, cut into strips.
Stir chicken into the marinade.
Sprinkle top of chicken with sesame seed.
Broil chicken 3 inches from broiler for 3 minutes.
Turn; sprinkle with more sesame seed and broil for 3 minutes.
Turn and broil 2 to 3 more minutes.
