Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and egg yolks.
Sift flour, then measure. Add dry ingredients together, then add to oil mixture.
Add hot water, pineapple juice and nuts.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0, until cake tests done.
A tube or Bundt pan is suggested.
