Pecan Delights A.K.A. Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans, ground in blender or processor
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add flour and nuts gradually with vanilla. The mixture is very stiff.
    Roll into little balls. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
