Company Ham And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    10 oz. fully cooked ham, julienned
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Add ham; cook and stir until heated through.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat; gradually stir in sour cream.
    Add the mushrooms. Cook and stir until thickened (about 2 to 3 minutes).
    Serve over cooked noodles.
