Country Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut in pieces
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated cheese
    10 oz. thin spaghetti, broken in half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat oil, lemon juice, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic until mixed well but not frothy. Coat chicken with oil mixture.
    Place chicken skin side down in a small heavy roasting pan.
    Dot with oleo.
