Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 c. cooked egg noodles
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Place meat in medium size, heat-resistant, non-metallic mixing bowl.
    Heat in microwave 6 minutes or until meat is browned; stir occasionally.
    Drain excess fat off.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce to meat; stir to combine.
    Heat in microwave 2 minutes.
