Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    2 small cartons sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    40 Ritz type crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 to 4 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil or pressure cook chicken until tender; then cube.
    Mix cubed chicken with sour cream and soup.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers (that have been mixed with melted margarine).
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Bake in 2-quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
