Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 rounded tsp. Quick Morton salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory flavored smoked salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and knead to blend.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 days.
    Knead once each day.
    On fourth day, divide into 5 sections.
    Shape into sausage rolls.
    Place the 5 rolls on broiler pan and bake at 140\u00b0 for 10 hours.
    Cool, wrap and refrigerate or freeze.
