Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Remove skin.
    In a large heavy skillet, brown chicken over medium heat with 2 tablespoons oil. Add salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle rosemary over chicken and add wine. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
