Sunday Night Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    water (as needed)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small can boned chicken
    1 small can mixed vegetables
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    Mix flour and oil and gradually add milk to make a medium thick white sauce.
    Add water to thin as needed.
    Add salt, pepper, chicken and mixed vegetables.
    Stir thoroughly but carefully. Remove from heat; cover and let stand as long as it takes to toast muffins.
    Serve over muffins.
    Great with fruit salad for a quick Sunday night supper.
