Chocolate Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 vegetable shortening
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; mix well.
    Mix flour and cocoa together.
    Add flour and milk alternately; mix well.
    Add pecans and vanilla; mix well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Let stand in pan for 15 minutes.
