Microwave Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans tomato sauce
1 large onion, diced
1 small green pepper
1 crushed clove garlic
1/4 to 1/2 c. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
2 (16 oz.) kidney beans
Preparation

Brown and drain beef.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
Cook on High in microwave.
Cook 45 minutes, stir every 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes thick chunky chili.
