Fried Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken (leftover fried)
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in margarine until tender. Add mushroom soup and pimento. Heat. Pour over chicken in casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
