Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. cubed American cheese
1/4 c. oleo or butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Add onion to broccoli and cook until done; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt oleo.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and the remaining ingredients.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Serves 5.
