Quick Batter Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Mix with other ingredients.
Cook in greased muffin tins at 375\u00b0 until brown. Store unused portion of batter in refrigerator.
The batter keeps well for two weeks and can be prepared directly from the refrigerator; however, the batter will rise better if it is allowed to rise 30 to 60 minutes before baking.
