Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 lb. bacon
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
4 tomatoes, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle juice
Preparation

Prepare muffin mix according to directions and bake. Fry bacon until crisp; cool and crumble. Lightly toss all the chopped vegetables and bacon together; set aside.
