Campers' Quick Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. onion
1 c. white potatoes
6 eggs
1/2 lb. each ground chuck and ground turkey
1 large can Campbell's chunky vegetable beef soup (do not add any water)
Preparation

Grease a large, deep skillet with cooking spray. Cook ground chuck and turkey until done. Drain fat, if any. Add soup. Cover and simmer until hot. Serve over opened hamburger buns. (Toasted buns are even better.) Salad or slaw round out the meal. Serves 2 to 3 people.
