Southern Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk with water.
    Add flour, powder and salt. Beat 1 more minute.
    Heat oil in 8-inch skillet at 360\u00b0.
    Take funnel and hold finger over end.
    Pour in 1/2 cup mix.
    Remove finger and release batter in a circular motion.
    Cook about 2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn carefully; cook about 1 minute more.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
