Spinach Madeleine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquid
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    spinach
    according
    to package directions.
    Drain and reserve
    liquid.
    Melt
    butter in saucepan; add onion and cook until
    tender.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Stir in vegetable liquor and milk slowly, stirring constantly and cook until
    thick.
