Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans hominy
1 chopped onion
2 cans chopped green chilies
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pt. sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan combine hominy and onion, cook until no juice is left. Add chilies, margarine, garlic powder and sour cream. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Cover with cheddar cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
