Breakfast Sausage Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    softened margarine
    8 slices bread
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Spread margarine on one side of bread.
    Place 4 slices, buttered side down, in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Put sausage on top of bread.
    Top with 4 slices of bread, buttered side up. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over sandwiches.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
