Bologna Jumbo Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped olives (green or black)
1/2 tsp. minced green onions
minced garlic to taste
dash of white pepper
sliced bologna (jumbo)
Preparation

Blend and mix well all ingredients.
Spread mixture on meat slices.
Roll tightly.
Wrap in wax paper and chill.
Cut into thin slices and serve on toothpicks.
May be dipped into cocktail or horseradish sauce.
