Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 stemmed, cleaned mushrooms
2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
Preparation
-
Place mushrooms in container.
Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over mushrooms.
Refrigerate for at least 3 or 4 days before using.
