Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Add grated squash and stir to combine.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add raisins and nuts to dry ingredients, then stir into zucchini mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
