Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix like pie dough:
    butter, powdered sugar and flour.
    Put in 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Beat together lemon juice, baking powder, lemon rind, eggs, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons flour; pour over crust.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
