Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg and 1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Scald
    milk;
    when lukewarm, add sugar, salt and yeast. Let stand
    5
    minutes.
    Add
    1
    1/2 cups of flour; beat well. Cover and let rise until light.
    Add well beaten eggs, melted shortening and
    remainder of flour; mix thoroughly.
    Let rise again
    until doubled in bulk.
    Roll out approximately 1/2 inch thick.
    Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon,
    raisins
    and nuts.
    Roll
    like
    a jelly roll and cut in 1-inch slices; let rise.
    Bake about 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
