Chicken And Chip Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 c. instant rice as it comes from package
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 10 oz. package frozen mushrooms
3 c. potato chips crushed fine
Preparation

Mix rice, chicken soup, and milk;
set aside.
Melt butter in sauce pan, add celery and onions, cook over low heat until onion is transparent; remove from heat, and stir in frozen mushrooms and chicken.
Add this to rice and chicken soup and mix well.
Put 1 1/2 c. of potato chips into buttered casserole.
Carefully pour in the chicken, rice, and vegetable mixture.
Top with the remainder of potato chips.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
