Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large apples
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Remove apple cores.
Slice apples thin and place into an ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.
Combine the margarine, sugar and flour in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the apples by hand.
Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft at 375\u00b0.
Serve hot or cold. Spoon cake out and serve with vanilla ice cream.
