Potato-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
