Italian Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. anise extracts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and flavoring.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased baking pan.
    Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes. Cool.
    Finish with a light white frosting and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
