Pastry Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. flour
    4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lard
Preparation
    Mix salt and flour.
    Cut lard into the flour with a pastry blender until the pieces are the size of small peas.
    Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator until ready for use. Two cups of mix will be sufficient for a large two-crust pie.
