Mom'S Apple Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. shredded apples
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, salt and baking powder in large bowl.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in nuts, raisins and apples until a rather stiff batter is formed.
    Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended, but don't overmix.
    Pour into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center comes out clean.
