Skillet Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bacon strips
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
Break into large pieces; discard all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease from skillet.
Add onion and simmer until brown.
Stir in corn, pepper, salt and milk and heat through.
Sprinkle bacon and parsley on top and serve.
