Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix all together and place in casserole dish.
    Top with 1 cup grated cheese and 1 stack Ritz, crushed.
    Bake at 325! until bubbly.
